Charlie's co-producing The Quickie, a Vancouver-based, contemporary romantic comedy that rips a strip out of speed dating, making whoopee, and cultural collision. Phil plays Scott Tracey. JJ is the wardrobe consultant. The show premieres with six shows - Feb. 7, 8, 9, 10, 15, 16 - at the Playwrights Theatre Centre on Granville Island, Vancouver. Charlie has formed a new sketch comedy group - Lick The Wax Tadpole - with Ross Bragg, Darren Joe, Kit Koon, Sunny Oh, Suzi Petersen, and Jamie Slade. Their first appearance: Vancouver Asian Canadian Theatre's Etch-Your-Sketch competition: May 18-19, 2007.

Not happening yet, but not forgotten, The HSP is planning a short film about a group of ***** who lose their ability to ***** and get together to come to terms with their lost *****, which will make it seem like Viagra advertisement but will be about shortcomings on an entirely different level.
On February 20, 2006, CBC Radio 3 dedicated a studio to the memory of Alexis Mazurin. JJ had a big hand in organizing it with the amazing help of many folks at CBC, especially Charlie Cheffins, Steve Pratt, Mike Packer, David Yee, and Nicole Goodman. Lots of other people too.
